Pie

On Saturday morning, my Little Toots and I went to the Farmer's Market. We found some good looking fruit. We found some rhubarb and strawberries. I had to get them because my Tommy like rhubarb.

On Sunday when I had some time I made a strawberry rhubarb pie. I really don't care for fruit pie (I only like Apple and Pumpkin). I am beginning to love to bake. Baking seems to make everyone in the house happy.

I did try the pie it was very good. (The crumb crust is what I am talking about)
The center was very liquidy!! I don't think I added enough flour. Oh well!!
